Program Objectives: Costumes & Make Up of the Academy Awards
- To enhance student interest in and knowledge about the motion picture development and production process
- To encourage students to use critical thinking as they learn how visual effects work
- To engage students in an exploration of film as an art form and a medium of communication
- To help students become more media literate

There are three categories of nominations below:
1. Costume Design 2. Makeup 3. Both Costume and Makeup
Directions: Review each category one at a time, and choose three movies from each of them that you are most interested in viewing. You do not have to watch the entire movie, instead you will be viewing video clips from each of them.
1. Let me know which movies you are interested from each category in the comment box. Then I will post the video clips from them for you to work with.
